Roles & Responsibilities

•Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, ROI, and user needs. Continuously focus on product backlog priorities
•Work within an Agile/Scrum framework, participating in ceremonies like daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
•Ensure that the product delivers high-quality outcomes that align with customer needs and expectations. Focus on delivering customer value through top-notch features and increasing customer satisfaction
•Work closely with technical and commercial product owners, architects, and other team members to develop high-level designs and shared propositions. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 
•Plan product release dates, set expectations for new functionalities, and ensure successful team completion of release/sprint goals
•Familiarize yourself with key metrics and KPIs and align them with the product vision. Use data-driven insights to drive product improvements.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

•Proven experience and recognized knowledge of integrating platforms and services
•Expertise in Agile software development environment and methods
•Strong time-management skills and being comfortable working under pressure
•Self-motivated individual with excellent organizational, presentation and analytical skills
•Good understanding of Kubernetes, Cognitive technologies (NLU, Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text) and Generative AI Services
•Experience on Azure or AWS
•Good understanding of Restful design principles and familiarity with technologies like Swagger, JSON, and HTTP.
