About this Role

We are seeking a Strategic Profitability & Value Realisation Analyst to support VOIS’s end‑to‑end profitability agenda by delivering structured insights, validating business cases, and enabling value‑led decision‑making. This role plays a key part in tracking cost and value outcomes, embedding robust measurement practices, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable benefits.

What you’ll do

Track and validate the realisation of benefits from strategic initiatives, ensuring credibility, transparency, and measurable outcomes.Drive profitability through disciplined cost optimisation, benchmarking, and support for revenue growth and value expansion initiatives.Design and implement tools, dashboards, and routines to measure and report profitability and value realisation across cost efficiency, revenue protection, and revenue generation.Partner with Finance, HR, and business teams to embed value‑led decision‑making and support investment and prioritisation choices.Conduct variance and root‑cause analysis across cost and value drivers, identifying gaps between forecast and actual outcomes and recommending corrective actions.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices in profitability and value management.

Who you are

An analytical professional with strong data interpretation and problem‑solving capabilities.Experienced in ROI modelling, benefit validation, KPI tracking, and complex business case development.Confident influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders across functions.Proficient in Power BI or similar reporting and visualisation tools.Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving continuous improvement.Bringing at least five years of relevant experience in value tracking, transformation delivery, financial performance, or business analysis roles.
