Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Process and compliance specialist to ensure our TA operations, adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance frameworks and auditing procedures, and the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess Talent Acquisition compliance in lines with the company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

- Develop and maintain internal audit plans and programs to cover all aspects of the TA Function.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary.

- Prepare detailed audit reports and dashboard, highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations for the team.

- Should have end to end understanding of TA roles and strong understanding of data analytics

- Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for TA team

- Investigate and respond to compliance concerns or reports of potential violations

- Stay up-to-date with industry and organization wide regulations and changes in compliance requirements, and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree from any accredited university.

- 8 plus years of experience in internal auditing, data analytics, compliance, data and reporting or a related field.

- Excellent analytical, data and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Strong Stakeholder Management

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Proficiency in audit software, Success Factors(ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Should have a strong understanding and working experience of the TA systems, process, and policies
