About this Role
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end test environment planning, provisioning, maintenance, and connectivity.
- Coordinate integrated environments across multiple applications, systems, and stakeholder groups.
- Ensure environment availability, interconnectivity, and readiness aligned with project and release timelines.
- Monitor and manage environment dependencies, scheduling conflicts, and downtime activities.
- Provide environment usage visibility, status updates, risk reporting, and mitigation actions.
- Collaborate with Test Managers to design suitable environments based on testing scope and priorities.
- Support functional, integration, regression, and operational readiness testing through optimal environment setup.
- Drive resolution of environment-related issues by coordinating with technical teams, vendors, and support functions.
- Manage escalations related to environment availability, delays, and dependencies.
- Provide effort estimations and environment cost inputs to Project Managers and Release teams.
Who you are
- Demonstrated experience in Test Environment Management within complex delivery landscapes.
- Strong understanding of release management and software testing lifecycle processes.
- Ability to manage environment dependencies, scheduling challenges, and escalation processes effectively.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills across testing, development, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to deliver clear reporting on environment status, risks, and improvement actions.
