About this Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Lead to manage and optimise internal IT operations for VOIS India. This role ensures resilient end-user computing, workplace platforms, and site infrastructure coordination while driving service excellence, compliance, and cost optimisation. You will lead incident management, change processes, and continual improvement initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership to enhance operational strategies.

What you’ll do

Lead day-to-day internal IT operations, ensuring reliability of workplace platforms and infrastructure.Own SLAs and drive ITSM excellence across Incident, Problem, and Change processes.Chair major incident management bridges and conduct post-incident reviews to reduce MTTR.Implement compliance and InfoSec controls, ensuring audit readiness and operational risk management.Manage vendor relationships and align with asset and finance teams for cost optimisation.Mentor and lead IT teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Oversee budget planning, utilisation, and reporting for the function.Partner with automation teams to identify waste and implement service improvement plans.

Who you are

Minimum 10–12 years of experience in IT operations with proven leadership exposure.Strong expertise in ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy) and processes.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.Knowledge of end-user computing, IT/network infrastructure, and workplace technologies.Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation preferred; ISO 27001, Cybersecurity, or Cloud certifications advantageous.Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
