About the role
We are seeking an experienced financial professional to provide end-to-end financial partnering across Corporate Information Systems, Channels & Digital Engineering, Vodafone Business IT, and AIDA within the VSOL IT & Digital organisation. The individual will manage P&L performance, including Opex, recoveries, Capex and depreciation, while driving financial governance, operational insights, and strategic decision support for senior leadership teams.
What you’ll do
- Manage financial controls and ensure robust governance across all in-scope functions.
- Lead high-quality financial insight, analysis, and challenge for Corporate Information Systems, Corporate Platforms, Channels & Digital Engineering, Vodafone Business IT, and AIDA.
- Oversee full FPA responsibilities for in-scope VSOL Digital & IT functions, including consolidated month-end reporting and budgeting cycles.
- Act as a trusted business partner to functional senior leadership teams and their direct reports, providing timely financial guidance and strategic support.
- Serve as a consultant for all finance-related queries, coordinating with wider finance teams when required.
- Build and strengthen relationships with VSOL Finance Operations, FPA, and Tax teams, acting as the central point of contact for the functions supported.
- Manage senior stakeholder expectations and contribute to target-setting, cost reduction initiatives, and recovery optimisation.
- Establish and enhance processes and systems that support organisational changes and improve efficiency.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc financial initiatives as needed.
- Deliver month-end and forecast outputs in line with the VSOL Governance Calendar.
- Provide comprehensive month-end performance briefings to the VSOL Finance Director, Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Function CIOs.

- Holds part or full accounting qualifications (desirable).
- Familiar with systems such as Anaplan, SAP, and BI (beneficial).
