About this Role

We are seeking a Windows Server Infrastructure Specialist to support and manage enterprise‑scale Windows server environments across on‑premises and cloud platforms. This role focuses on infrastructure stability, patching, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Windows Server operations, contributing directly to service availability, security, and operational efficiency across VOIS global locations.

What you’ll do

Manage Windows Server infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments.Execute and maintain server patching activities to ensure security and compliance standards are met.Perform in‑depth troubleshooting and incident resolution for Windows Server environments.Support monitoring, performance optimisation, and system availability activities.Implement and follow documented operational processes and procedures.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve infrastructure issues efficiently.Maintain accurate technical documentation related to server configurations and patching processes.

Who you are

An individual with strong hands‑on experience in Windows Server infrastructure management.Experienced in Windows Server patching processes and tools such as WSUS.Confident in troubleshooting complex Windows Server issues in enterprise environments.Familiar with infrastructure operations in both on‑premises and cloud settings.A collaborative team member with a solution‑focused and clear communication style.Open‑minded, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
