What you’ll do

As the Infrastructure Specialist Authentication & Provisioning you will have responsibility for the world-wide of Windows related authentication- and user provisioning services, such as Identity & Access Provisioning, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft EntraID sync.

 

You will ensure top-class service through consistent life cycle management and professional solution / service ownership. The specialist is responsible for the solution design and 24/7 operations. You will ensure SLA adherence for the services by providing solution documentation and transferring knowledge to our interfaces in the process chain (enabling the helpdesk and our suppliers to deliver a world-class service). Furthermore, you will be responsible for proper capacity management and reporting.

 

The impact of Active Directory and Entra ID is key for the business and it is one of the most revenue impacting services for Vodafone. 

 

Your responsibilities might include:
•    Accountable in terms of technology and functionality for both solutions in all local markets and group entities where Office IT provides their services
•    End-to-end accountable for the entire lifecycle of the chosen products and accountable for adjusting and changing the services according to new business or cost optimization requirements
•    Maintaining a good relationship with the vendors involved in the delivery of the solutions and assuring that these vendors meet their defined and agreed KPIs 
•    Advocating for the service and driving the marketing of dedicated solutions and supporting all service related projects
•    Accountable for ensuring that customer requirements are understood and able to give advice and provide consultancy

Who you are

•    Strong Active Directory / Entra ID,  IT Operations and/or Services Management background 
•    Familiar with IT Services (e.g. network, server services, Cloud, Active Roles)
•    In-depth knowledge of managed services and third parties
•    Ability to communicate to global stakeholders/ SLT´s and across international and distributed teams
