Salary: £ 30,000 per annum + bonus | OTE £36k+
Hours: 40 hours per week

What you'll do
We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Retail Assistant Manager to join our growing team in our Vodafone Reading Partner store.  In this role you will be supporting the Store Manager in managing a team of fantastic Retail Advisers, making sure to do all you can to help them achieve their potential. You will be helping with back-office tasks such as holidays and rotas. You will be setting the sales floor ablaze with your enthusiasm to lead by example.

 

Who you are
We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Assistant Manager to help lead our Reading Vodafone store. If you’ve got strong sales, leadership and customer service skills, and love working in a busy, fast-paced retail environment — we want to hear from you! We need someone very commercial, loves to sell and enjoys driving a team to achieve targets. You’ll support the Store Manager in motivating a high-performing team, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and smashing sales targets.
