What you’ll do


The Global Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within the hyper growth System Integrator (SI) vertical in the UK, leveraging expertise in SI market. This individual will lead a set of  GSI Accounts to develop and execute innovative sales strategies, focusing on sell-through, sell-with, and sell-to engagements. The successful candidate will have a growth mindset, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of executing large sell-through deals exceeding £10 million, while ensuring revenue maximization and profitability.


This is an opportunity to develop exceptional Sales leadership skills in a fast paced and challenging environment, to motivate and drive success in an exciting, developing, and dynamic market place. Key responsibilities include: 


Strategic Leadership

 

  • Develop and implement a pivotal strategy for sell-through, sell-with, and sell-to engagements, leveraging insights from past experiences within Global SI market.
  • Establish and cultivate a robust model for alliances and partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor a in-direct team of  Account Managers/ Cross Functional team members to effectively execute strategic plans, fostering a growth mindset and driving exceptional performance.


Sales Execution

 

  • Execute large sell-through deals exceeding £10 million, demonstrating proficiency in complex contracting structures, partnership management, and subcontracting engagements.
  • Consistently win complex opportunities by employing exceptional negotiation skills and strategic pricing models, maximizing profitability and revenue streams.


Market Expertise

 

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Global SI market to identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth, aligning strategies with organizational objectives.


Sales Forecasting

 

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, leveraging analytical insights to optimize sales processes and drive ongoing success.

Who you are  

 

  • Proven experience working with Global SI's, with exposure to UK market, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Track record success  and ability to inspire, lead a diverse cross functional team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Demonstrated success in executing large sell-through deals, showcasing exceptional negotiation skills and revenue management capabilities.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in sales strategies and execution.
  • Excellent leadership qualities
  • Tact, diplomacy, and high quality communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
