What you’ll do

Purpose of the Role;
As a Senior Specialist in Budget and Channel Analytics, you will play a critical role in enhancing the financial effectiveness of our commercial activities, analyzing the performance vendors, and providing strategic insights to management. This role is key in budgeting, cost control, channel efficiency, and revenue-enhancing analytics.
- Actively contribute to annual and periodic budget planning processes
-Conduct revenue-expense forecasts, channel-based P&L analysis, and variance analysis
-Provide strategic insights to management through analytical dashboards and reports
-Collaborate closely with various business units to support data-driven decision-making
-Make recommendations for budget deviations and cost optimizations
-Preparing the month end-closing presentation for the Exco
-Calculating the budget impact for new projects and monitoring the process in collaboration with relevant teams(Operations teams & FDS)
-Collaborating with operations teams to prepare mid-month forecast and month-end financial closing data

Who you are

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields
Strong analytical and be eligible in team working
Problem solving & decision making
To have knowledge of budget, financial analysis and channel profitability
Results-driven and delivery-focused
Strong written, verbal communication skills & interpersonal skills both Turkish and English
Excellent command in MS Office Programs
To have knowledge/experience in AI projects
