SCM Enablers Manager (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers


Do you have a strong conceptual and strategic thinking? Are you an innovative and creative leader? Then become part of our team as SCM Enablers Manager (m/f/d). In your role, you will be responsible for the management of the business systems and analytics tools, coordinating internal and external stakeholders across all Vantage Towers markets to ensure the TowerCo’s business is running its operations efficiently and complying with the global frameworks.


Your challenges: 

  • You have the full end-to-end responsibility for processes, KPIs, numbers and procurement controlling in Supply Chain Management.
  • You implement processes within our finance team to seamlessly integrate SCM numbers into overall financial reporting across all entities.
  • You are responsible for the development of standards for Vantage Towers for the SCM function across markets to drive standardized approaches.
  • You ensure the visibility and measurement of SCM KPIs in Vantage Towers’ financial data and track them towards the target achievement.
  • You develop the processes, tools, and definitions to drive matric structure in cooperation with Category Managers and our Head of Country Business Services in SCM.
  • You independently develop, manage, and lead the Enablement function and your team for Vantage Towers.                                                                                                                                                       
     

Your qualification:

  • A successfully completed university degree in business studies, Supply Chain Management or comparable and a minimum of 10 years work experience
  • At least 4 years professional experience in procurement excellence including tools, processes, operating models and leadership and people development experience in an international context
  • Very strong and convincing communication, presentation and negotiation skills towards Management Board and Managing Director Level
  • The creativity to move away from standard and develop new approaches and the ability to drive mentality
  • Fluent English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)

 

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
We advertise this position for Vantage Towers AG at our location in Düsseldorf.
The target annual salary is between 95.000 € and 110.000 € gross, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
