What you’ll do
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of Vodafone in-store – a key connection point between our brand and our customers.
- Deliver customer experiences tailored to individual needs
- Guide customers through our latest tech, services, and offers
- Collaborate with your team, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Stay informed on the latest products, tools, and industry trends.
Who you are
- Passionate about providing great customer service.
- Motivated by sales targets and delivering results.
- Curious and eager to learn about new technologies.
- A supportive team player who lifts others.
- Focused on understanding customer needs.
- Organized and responsible.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus – but not required!
