Role Purpose
At Vodafone, our Cyber Security, Technology Strategy, Architecture and Governance function plays a central role in enabling a secure, resilient, and future-ready organisation. Within this the Security Architecture team leads the definition of technical security policy, security vendor selection, security guidance and Cyber Security system designs.
The Senior Manager, Cyber Security Architecture will lead a team of Security Architects,
and be responsible for definition, development, and delivery of security architecture artifacts across platforms and products. Working closely with Senior Manager, Security Architecture & Design they will help define future security strategy and direction for Vodafone.

What you’ll do
- Lead, mentor and develop team of Cyber Security Architects to embed Security into solutions, Manage delivery of artifacts from team
- Define, promote and maintain global security policy, standards, security architecture principles, security blueprints and guidance for use across multiple programmes and teams
- Decision making member of Cyber Architecture Review Board
- Overseeing security across environments, platforms, and enterprise systems through:, Definition of system target architectures for Cyber tooling
- Owning HLD’s for Cyber tooling, leading the definition and development of these, Contribution of security requirements to large programmes
- Lead the development and maintenance of security tooling roadmaps alongside cyber prevent stakeholders
- Conduct threat modelling to allow the pro-active application of security controls to systems, Support RFI/RFP processes with architecture and security requirements
Who you are
- Knowledge of security architectural and/or enterprise architectural frameworks (e.g., SABSA, TOGAF)
- ICS2 Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and/or Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP)
- CESG Certified Cyber Professional (CCP) in Security Architecture or Risk Management
- Additional cloud security qualifications such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google
- Experience across DevSecOps and secure SDLC practices
- 5+ years experience in Cyber Security
