Senior Partner Manager (fixed term)

Your place in the team 

Manage an eco-system of NW (strategic, key and operative) partners, that individually and collectively deliver maximum benefit for Vodafone. Managing external parties and contracts to ensure overall efficiency improvement on the supplier portfolio and support on time, quality delivery. 

You will be involved in the following tasks  

•Ensure NW partners deliver according to their contractual commitments
•Align NW sourcing initiatives with SCM and Finance&Controlling 
•Manage relationship with vendors and partners (contracts/changes)
•Lead/support negotiations, lead professional escalations, management reporting on strategic NW partners’ contracts
•Lead relationships with strategic vendors, contracts/changes
•Monitor NW partners actual service levels against requirements and handle service credits and liquidated damages (based on input of Service management and professional teams)
•Operate and continuously improve governance framework with strategic, key and operative NW partners
•Support budget planning activities and support managing budget challenges 
•Support license management team to establish and operate LM frame
•Identify cost initiatives and engage with suppliers for support & maintenance spend to deliver on identified efficiencies


We are looking for you if you have
•Educated to degree level in Computer Science or Economics or equivalent
•Strong oral and verbal English knowledge 
•At least 3 years working experience in related fields (preferably in multinational business environment)
•Proven ability to manage vendor relationships 
•Outstanding negotiation skills
•Strong financial and analytical skills
•Ability to maintain strong ongoing business relationships at a strategic level with internal and external customers
•Strategic outlook, attention to details
•Able to synthesize complicated concepts and simplify the complex issues
•Displays Energy and passion to achieve and exceed stretching objectives often delivering within tight timescales
