About this role

We are seeking a User Experience Designer to lead the visual and interaction design of global B2B digital platforms, while enhancing business websites across multiple markets. This role focuses on creating intuitive, customer-centred journeys that improve conversion, support task completion, and elevate overall user satisfaction. You will contribute to shaping a consistent B2B design identity and deliver high-performing digital experiences at scale.

What you’ll do

  • Drive innovation in UX design across products and services
  • Create design concepts, wireframes, and detailed interaction specifications
  • Continuously improve UX standards, processes, and design guidelines
  • Evaluate UX designs using key performance indicators and optimise accordingly
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to align on direction and delivery
  • Work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure high-quality implementation
  • Identify UX issues and propose effective, customer-focused solutions
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and quality frameworks
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate in cross-functional teams
  • Mentor colleagues, review design work, and promote knowledge sharing
  • Support the development and communication of UX guidelines across stakeholders

Who you are

  • Experience in User Experience design, ideally within digital product or service environments
  • Strong ability to balance business objectives with user needs
  • Confident communicator across verbal, written, and presentation formats
  • Skilled in influencing stakeholders and collaborating across functions
  • Demonstrated focus on user-centric design and problem-solving
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments
  • Understanding of technology considerations impacting UX design
  • Ability to analyse, evaluate, and improve design quality and processes
  • Degree in design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field
