Role Purpose-
As a Channel Sales Manager at Vodafone Business International, you will play a critical role in establishing and developing our channel program and business, driving our indirect sales motion and promoting our unique product and services. The responsibilities will include identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners, resellers and driving growth for MNC customers. You will develop strategic relationships, execute market plans, and drive sales for our regional business.
What you’ll do
Your responsibilities in short:
• Deliver sales targets for revenue and AOV
• Identify, evaluate, sign-up and grow our indirect channel partner program
• Design, propose, implement, and execute enablement and promotional programs to drive sales success
• Drive product marketing, and demand generation activities with partners
• Proactively communicate with channel partners on pipeline and forecasts
• Monitor, assess and report on a continual basis the competitive situation within the channel partners in the region
• Represent the company channel in region and evangelize our mission and purpose both internally and externally
• Show a strong ability to gain business and market intelligence for developing strategies relevant to the market and competitive situation.
• Be a strong team player and contribute to the success of the entire sales team with subject matter knowledge and experience
• To have the ability to think outside the box and continuously identify and suggest iterations in the interface between our services, the channel partner and their clients
• Be proficient in evolving pricing models, incentives and be able to personally or as part of a team engage in mandated negotiations
Who you are
Your background-
We believe that the right candidate is highly merited and has several years of experience in a de facto channel sales role with a technical approach. You will be able to demonstrate your previous success and financial results. You have a broad knowledge of the enterprise market, channel partnership and a deep understanding of various telecoms solutions with a strong emphasis indirect sales. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, a can-do attitude with a focus on client outcomes and a passion for learning.
