What you’ll do

As a National Account Manager based in Singapore, a pivotal role within Vodafone, serving as a linchpin between our organization and our most significant global enterprise clients. Primary objective is to foster and nurture business relationships, ensuring an exceptional client experience while driving revenue growth and strategic alignment with Vodafone's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Management: You will be entrusted with a portfolio of Vodafone Business International (VBI) accounts, spearheading strategic regional account planning and engagement initiatives. Through meticulous analysis and insight, you'll identify opportunities for growth and devise tailored strategies to capitalize on them.

Executive Relationship Building: Crafting an executive contact plan, including C-suite stakeholders, will be essential. By implementing relationship mapping strategies and engaging in meaningful activities, you'll fortify our customer relationships and gain invaluable insights into their evolving needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Leading a dynamic virtual team, comprising pre-sales, sales specialists, pricing, finance, bid management, and legal experts, you'll orchestrate seamless sales engagements. Collaboration and effective communication will be key to driving success across diverse functions.

Sales Operations Management: You'll oversee critical aspects of the sales cycle, including sales proposals, tenders & bids, contract management, and account development plans. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures accurate order processing and adherence to established protocols.

Data-Driven Insights: Timely and accurate updates of sales reporting details, leveraging tools like Salesforce, will enable informed decision-making and facilitate continuous improvement in sales strategies and execution.

Qualifications and Attributes:


Proven Sales Acumen:
•    Your track record in successfully acquiring new business from large enterprises to global MNCs demonstrates your ability to generate revenue and your adeptness in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
•    Possess a keen understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, allowing you to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections effectively.
•    Strong relationship-building skills enable you to establish trust and rapport with key stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships that drive sustainable business growth.
Industry Expertise:
•    With a minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience in telecommunications, Information Technology, and/or Systems Integration, bring a wealth of industry knowledge and insights to the role.
•    Deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies positions you as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them towards Vodafone’s solutions that address their evolving business challenges.
Strategic Thinking:
•    Your ability to secure strategic opportunities through complex solution selling processes reflects your strategic mindset and capacity to think critically and analytically.
•    You excel in identifying market opportunities, assessing risks, and developing comprehensive strategies that align with both client objectives and Vodafone's business goals.
•    Strategic planning and foresight allow you to anticipate market shifts and proactively position Vodafone's offerings to capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities, driving competitive advantage.
Negotiation Prowess:
•    Your strong negotiation skills are honed through years of experience in navigating diverse business scenarios and negotiating favorable outcomes.
•    Whether addressing pricing discussions, contract terms, or resolving conflicts, you demonstrate diplomacy, assertiveness, and an unwavering commitment to achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
•    Your ability to communicate persuasively and influence decision-makers positions you as a formidable negotiator, capable of driving consensus and securing win-win outcomes for all parties involved.
Technical Proficiency: 
Your proficiency in areas such as Data Networking (MPLS, Ethernet, bandwidth), Hosting and Cloud Computing Services, Unified Communications, Managed Video Conferencing, Systems Integration, and Managed Services (IT/Telco) ensures you can effectively articulate and align our solutions with client needs.
