Sales Advisor

Location:  Stoke Contact Centre - Call Centre Role 

Salary:  £20,592 basic salary plus unlimited commission (average earning across the department is £775 OTE per month)

Hours:  37.5hrs Monday to Sunday between 8am-8pm

What will you be doing?

This is an exciting and entertaining opportunity to work for one of the UK’s award winning brands as an Inbound Retention Advisor. In this role, you will be a main point of contact for our customers, whether they are enquiring about broadband deals, a new SIM or even looking to leave us, you will be at hand to ask them all the right questions and offer them the best-suited advice and care. You will have sales and customer quality measures to satisfy and upon meeting or exceeding these targets, you could reap the rewards of our amazing unlimited commission structure. 

Who are we looking for?

You will be playing a crucial role within the Retention team so we need someone who will always put the customer at the forefront of their mind and can keep up with the fast-paced environment. It will be a fast paced  role so resilience is key – being able to bounce back from minor setbacks and keeping motivated for your next customer will be important. Sales experience would be desired but isn’t essential as sales skills can be taught in role.  


Role accountabilities;

•    Handle inbound calls in a professional manner to either retain or connect a new line to the network
•    Always act with good conduct, ensuring our customers are given correct and relevant information ensuring their needs are met and allowing them to make an informed decision.
•    To meet and exceed  sales targets and ensure compliance against key metrics
•    Deliver commercially responsible decisions in every interaction ensuring the needs of the customer and Vodafone are met.
•    Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements
•    Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guideline at all times 
•    Partaking in Vodafone’s security vetting process whenever required

If you have background in roles such as Retail Assistant, Retail Sales, Sales Assistant, Telesales Advisor or a similar role this could be a great opportunity for you however we welcome applications from all backgrounds and experience as full training will be provided.
