Job Title - Webchat Sales Adviser

Location - Stoke-on-Trent Contact Centre

Annual Salary - £25,872

Uncapped commission

Hours - Shifts between 8am - 10:15pm Monday - Sunday 

50% from home (late shifts only)

Where

 

You will be based for 50% of your shifts in our newly refurbished Contact Centre in Stoke-on-Trent, which has been home to our sales teams for over ten years, and is equipped with spacious lounge areas, product and demo hubs, prayer rooms, showers, outdoor seating, cafe area and so much more.

What you’ll do

 

You will engage in online chats from both new and existing customers. Whether customers are asking about broadband deals, looking for a new phone or SIM or even thinking of leaving us, you'll be a main point of contact, ensuring they get the best advice and service possible. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, by offering customers the right Vodafone products and services for them, to achieve your sales targets.
You will always act ethically, ensuring our customers are given the correct information to make an informed decision and adhere to our TRUST framework.

Who you are 

 

You will enjoy interacting with customers and providing an excellent customer experience
You are motivated by being set and achieving clear targets
You are resilient, able to deal with minor setbacks and stay motivated for your next customer

Ideally, your experience is in webchat or live chat in a fact paced sales environment

What we offer


Basic salary £25,872 per annum
Uncapped commission (On Target Earnings is £375 a month)
25 Days annual leave + bank holidays in lieu.
