Salary: £ 13.45 per hour + unlimited commission
Hours: 20 hours per week

What will you be doing?
We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Retail Adviser to join our growing team in our Vodafone Swindon Partner store. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered. You will also do your utmost to help resolve any issues a customer may have, right there, right then.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: · As a Retail Sales Adviser, your focus will be on sales delivery and supporting your team in achieving team targets. · To provide a high-quality service to customers and complete tasks accurately. · Choose the best way to deliver your work, operating within the current frameworks and processes of your team and department. · TNPS (touchpoint net promoter score) & Visual mystery shopper score (in-store). · Sales dashboard. · Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements. · Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines at all times. Partaking in Vodafone’s security vetting process whenever required. _________________________________________________________________________________ Core competencies, knowledge and experience: · Sales-driven and motivated by exceeding targets. · Must hold a full, clean driver’s licence. · Team player with a focus on delivering sales targets and first-class customer service to our customers. · Proven track record in sales and a keen interest in technology and what connectivity can enable customers to do. · Passion, drive and skills to help us drive sales growth and service across the residential market. · Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written form. · Ability to manage regular exchange of information by being collaborative and working well with others. · Always act with good conduct, ensuring our customers are given correct and relevant information, ensuring their needs are met and allowing them to make an informed decision. _________________________________________________________________________________ Job-specific deliverables, in line with key accountabilities and decision ownership: · Sell a portfolio of market-leading products in the residential market · Always act with good conduct, ensuring our customers are given correct and relevant information, ensuring their needs are met and allowing them to make an informed decision · Decide how to meet each customer’s needs · Authorise and add-on services/products. · Raise any issues relating to or impacting our customer experience · Fixing and taking ownership of actions through to resolution · Undertake monthly training and development, and align with company and FCA requirements · Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines at all times · Partaking in Vodafone’s security vetting process whenever required · Self-motivated, confident and willing to use own initiative _________________________________________________________________________________ Key performance indicators: · A given number of daily door knocking · Specified sales conversion out of total doors knocked · Meet customer satisfaction criteria (e.g. TNPS) · Achieve in-store specific KPIs · Be a subject matter expert across all our products and services
