TV Platform Development Engineer 

for our Network Cloud & Services / TV Solutions Department

Your place in the team 

Responsible for the technical development and integration of the TV platforms (headend, backend, streaming, and client solutions). 
Act as the Senior TV engineer, interfacing with operational, network, IT, product, and strategy teams for the continuous optimization of the above-mentioned platforms seeking for cost, performance optimization as well as operational excellence.

You will be involved in the following tasks  
•To satisfy requirements in the area of TV & Video Services 
•To define, design and implement solutions addressing commercial requirements or technology evolution. 
•To coordinate and manage vendor and internal stakeholders’ activities in project deployments in order to guarantee time to market and compliance to functional and non-functional requirements
•To support deliverables certification processes ensuring quality and excellence in delivery,
•To drive platform and services evolution, seeking enhanced efficiency through harmonization & consolidation projects
•To manage capacity and lifecycle for all systems in scope.

We are looking for you if you have 

•University degree: (eg: Electronics and Telecommunications, Automation and Computers, Informatics etc.);
•High level of written and spoken English
•Knowledge of telecoms and video broadcast technologies, in particular technical skills, on IPTV, DVB, Data Networks, Value Added Services
•Ability to understand marketing needs and market evolution
•Project management experience
•>3 years professional experience
