What you’ll do

To participate in a team whose responsibility is to design, supervise, coordinate and evaluate the implementation of company’s Fiber Network in the frame of network expansions (coverage of new areas, connection of corporate customers etc), new fiber projects or maintenance projects

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 
•    Site Survey to find the appropriate path routes that will be deployed (FttX)
•    Decision making about technical solutions regarding network expansions
•    Compliance with Health & Safety rules 
•    Resolve daily issues during the implementation activities by providing technical solution 
•    Ability to provide immediate technical solutions in the case of unexpected infra damage
•    Check and validate the relevant routes emerged from the fiber optic high – level design (FttX)
•    Supervision of Construction Works in compliance with the network specifications and budgetary costs (FttX)
•    Demonstrate flexibility to the special changes that occurred regarding the initial designs.
•    Provide a detailed measurement of new infra data emerged from the implementation (FttX)
•    Constant communication with contractors about the progress of projects
•    Involvement in budgetary costs regarding various construction works 
•    Construction management of contractors’ deployment
•    Evaluation of contractor’s performance through project folder and other department processes

Must have technical / professional qualifications and Experience: 
•    A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
•    English language (Fluent oral and written)
•    At least 3 years of experience in projects/ activities related with fiber networks
•    Good Knowledge of MS Office (including MS Visio)
•    Prior experience in using map editing/GIS platform 
•    Good usage of Microstation or Autocad 
•    Experience in FttX deployment –nice to have
