About this Role
What you’ll do
• Perform in depth data analysis to identify margin leakage, billing inconsistencies, and financial anomalies
• Execute and continuously improve automated and manual controls across contract, usage, billing, and charging data
• Monitor platform integrity processes and investigate alarms or potential anomalies linked to offers and services
• Produce standard and ad hoc analytical reports to support ongoing initiatives and decision making
• Analyse new commercial initiatives to define new control requirements or enhance existing ones
• Act as a trusted business partner for first and second line teams, supporting mitigation actions and issue resolution
• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of independent second line data sources
• Participate in cross functional and company wide projects to onboard new data sources and prevent future errors
Who you are
• An analytical professional with strong attention to detail and structured problem solving skills
• Experienced in working with large and complex financial or customer datasets, drawing actionable insights
• Confident using analytical and BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Comfortable collaborating with remote, international teams and engaging a wide range of stakeholders
• Knowledgeable in auditing principles; experience in financial reporting is an advantage
• Educated to university level in Economics, Business Informatics, IT, or a related field.
• Bringing at least three years of overall experience, including time in a similar analytical or assurance role
• Experienced within business or margin assurance, ideally in a telecommunications environment
• Fluent in English (B2) and Italian (B2)
