About this Role

We are seeking an experienced analytical and automation specialist to join our Business Assurance team. This role focuses on safeguarding operational integrity by developing and managing automated controls, performing data analysis, and mitigating financial risks. You will collaborate with IT, Network, and first-line teams to ensure accuracy in customer accounts, billing, and service usage, driving continuous improvement and operational stability.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage automated second-line controls to detect and prevent errors in customer accounts, billing, and service usage.
  • Perform data analytics for root cause analysis and communicate risk mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with first-line teams to resolve leakage issues and design effective controls.
  • Acquire and maintain data sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability for analysis.
  • Drive automation initiatives, process improvements, and standardisation of reconciliation practices.
  • Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and trend analysis.

Who you are

  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data analysis using SQL and BI tools.
  • Technical expertise in risk and margin assurance, automation, and control development.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications processes and IT systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience, including 1 year in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English (B2) and Italian (B2); familiarity with WeDo RAID application and VBA macros is advantageous.
  • University degree in IT or statistics preferred.
