What you’ll do

The Pega Decisioning Sn. Analyst is responsible for designing, enhancing, and maintaining the decisioning logic that drives Vodafone’s customer value management programs, ensuring accurate, high‑quality, and business‑aligned decision strategies. The role translates business requirements into technical implementations within the Pega platform, leads continuous improvements to decisioning rules and customer interaction logic, manages data quality and version control, and collaborates closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective, insight‑driven campaigns based on Next‑Best‑Action principles.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the implementation of decisioning logic enhancement roadmap to generate increasing business value.
  • Drive continuous improvement of decisioning logic.
  • Identify and address data quality issues, minimizing errors and ensuring the reliability of analytical findings.
  • Ensuring version control and alignment throughout deployment planning to effectively manage deployment and release processes.
  • Actively engage in business meetings, analyze business requests, and transform them into technical implementations within the Pega framework, contributing to effective communication and alignment between business needs and business logic implementation.
  • Supports Business CVM Lead in creating and improving Pega campaigns.

Who you are

  • Experience working with Pega CDH v8.6 and in leading design, elaboration and implementation of business processes, strategies, rules, propensities, Customer interaction history, Profiles and Journeys.
  • Experience in evaluating impact of change requests to logic and updates the design document as necessary.
  • Hands-on testing experience within Pega 8.x platform(s).
  • Good knowledge of the development process, from analyses to design, build, test and deployment in Pega
  • Familiarity with version control practices within the Pega Platform to manage changes and updates to decisioning rules and strategies.
  • Effective collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective decisioning strategies.
