What you’ll do

Role Purpose: Actively contributing to business sales and revenue targets through effective engagement with clients, prospecting and collaborating with sales team.

Job Responsibilities

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Actively engage with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored to drive successful sales.
  • Contribute to the growth and health of the sales pipeline by identifying potential leads and opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring satisfactions and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross selling.
  • Actively seek opportunities for continuous learning and skill development to enhance sales capabilities.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services.

Who you are

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills for effective client’s engagement and collaboration within sales team.
  • Customer – centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong clients’ relationships.
  • Proficient in sales techniques, negotiation, and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities relevant to the products or services offered.
  • Previous experience in sales roles, demonstrating an ability to achieve individual targets and contribute to team success.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
  • A very good command of written and spoken English is essential.


Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or related field.
  • Competition of relevant sales training programs or certifications.
