About this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Finance Operations team in Tirana, Albania, supporting the Dealer Commission Team. The role focuses on validating commission-eligible opportunities by preparing and analysing sales reports, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. The successful candidate will also contribute to data analytics and reporting, helping to identify trends and support business decisions.
What you will do
- Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports using data from Ignite and CRM systems.
- Analyse KPIs and business metrics to support decision-making.
- Validate documentation for commission opportunities, ensuring alignment with CRM details.
- Escalate missing or incorrect documentation to sales teams and maintain accurate validation records.
- Support audit and compliance checks.
- Initiate improvements in reporting processes and dashboards.
- Collaborate constructively with Sales Representatives to resolve documentation issues.
- Track and analyse performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Who you are
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Skilled in prioritisation, time management, and working under pressure.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and objection-handling skills.
- Proactive problem solver with decision-making capabilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office tools including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Educated in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or IT.
