Description

Vodafone is seeking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented CVM Lead with excellent problem-solving abilities to be part of the team.  This role will be responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and retention.  The CVM Lead will work closely with team members to develop, manage, and implement various campaigns in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.

Job Responsibility

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

•    Lead in the design, implementation and monitoring of CVM campaigns for retention, churn and cross sell, via multiple channels to achieve predefined targets.
•    Regularly track and manage churn process, understand trends and dynamics
•    Provide campaign reporting, analysis, and insights
•    Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and continuously optimize tactics to improve effectiveness in achieving targets
•    Compile, maintain and deliver weekly/monthly CVM reports/presentations
•    Perform in-depth campaign analysis to understand the effectiveness of campaigns as well as make strategic recommendations
•    Assist to develop base management strategy across all channels for customer revenue enhancement and base retention.
•    Create various ad-hoc reporting and analysis


Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

•    Advanced SQL, Python/R and MS Excel skills. Programming skills are a plus (for task automation)
•    Preferably 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably working with CRM systems, data environments, and/or CVM/CRM areas
•    Fluent written and spoken English
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Very good multitasking and organizational skills
•    Able to handle workload under pressure with competing priorities
•    Business awareness

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

•    Knowledge of data mining/modelling techniques and Big data technologies (Machine learning knowledge is a plus)
•    BSc in Business-Informatics/Statistics/Economics or related fields.
