Customer Care Advisor - Greek Language

Your role in a nutshell:
To establish and maintain a differentiated customer experience for Prepay and Post Pay customers. Offer a supreme care experience and communicate any issue they track and affect customers’ journey.
What you’ll do:
• Providing exceptional customer care support through various communication channels (inbound calls & chats).
• Responding promptly to inquiries, identifying & assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Contributing to team goals and initiatives to achieve commercial targets regarding retention, cross-sell & up-sell.
What will you bring to the team:
• Customer oriented and problem-solver mindset

• Ability to multitasking, performing several tasks in rapid succession.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous experience as a voice or chat agent and/or knowledge of Call Center tools/software (e.g. Siebel CRM) will be considered a plus.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Strong understanding of products and services
• Strong verbal & written communication.
• Very good typing skills.
• Excellent command of Greek language.
• Good communication skills in both Greek and English language
• Very good typing skills.
