About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Finance Shared Services team in Albania. This role focuses on transactional activities within the Accounts Receivable domain, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial operations. If you have a background in finance and a keen eye for precision, this position offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a global organisation.

What you will do

  • Create sales orders and post customer invoices/credit notes.
  • Dispatch customer invoices and manage cash allocation and clearing.
  • Process customer refunds and perform collections activities.
  • Send statements of accounts and handle basic email queries.
  • Support backup tasks during the absence of primary resources.
  • Ensure all activities are completed with 100% accuracy and within agreed timelines.

Who you are

  • Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
  • 0–1 years of relevant experience in similar activities.
  • Intermediate English proficiency and intermediate Italian proficiency for market support.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and strong team collaboration abilities.
