About this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Finance Shared Services team in Albania, focusing on the Order to Cash process within Accounts Receivable. This role is ideal for someone with a background in finance or business administration, looking to build foundational experience in transactional finance operations. The individual will be responsible for executing key activities such as sales order creation, invoice processing, cash allocation, and customer collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.
What you will do
- Create and manage sales orders.
- Post customer invoices and credit notes.
- Dispatch customer invoices to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform cash allocation and clearing activities.
- Process customer refunds efficiently.
- Conduct customer collections and follow-ups.
- Send statements of account to customers.
- Handle basic email queries professionally.
- Support backup tasks during team member absences.
Who you are
- A graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- Possess intermediate proficiency in English and in Italian language.
- Skilled in basic computer applications such as Word and Excel.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
- 0–1 years of relevant work experience in similar activities.
