About this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our Finance Shared Services team in Albania. This role focuses on transactional activities within the Accounts Receivable domain, including sales order creation, invoice processing, cash allocation, and customer collections. The ideal candidate will contribute to accurate financial reporting, ensure compliance with internal controls, and support the team in delivering high-quality service across the Order to Cash process.
What you will do
- Create sales orders and post customer invoices/credit notes
- Dispatch customer invoices and process customer refunds
- Perform cash allocation and clearing activities
- Conduct customer collections and send statements of account
- Handle customer queries, including complex email communications
- Track cash receipts and ensure bank transactions align with Group Treasury Policy
- Reconcile bank accounts and accounts receivable
- Prepare daily treasury reports
- Support backup tasks during team member absences
- Ensure all activities are completed with 100% accuracy and within defined timelines
- Maintain a clear understanding of KPI and SOX controls
Who you are
- A graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
- Possess 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable communicating in intermediate English and fluent in Greek language
- A strong team player with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
