Your role in a nutshell:
To provide Ask HR support on all HR policies and processes: a remote advisory support service via telephone and email to all employees and managers, acting as the primary contact for employees, interfacing with Centers of Expertise, Business Partners and 3rd party providers. To perform day-to-day administration tasks, supporting HR and their customers, using HR systems and processes.
What you’ll do:
• Provides advice/ transactional service personally and via ChatBot or email to all managers and employees, based on written HR policies and processes.
• Responsible to follow up and update HR Related content for relevant systems.
• Registers queries in the appropriate systems.
• Uses a case management tool to manage workload and to pass cases to other teams where appropriate.
• Provides consistent advice and information, manages the resolution of queries against defined service levels; forwards those he/ she cannot resolve.
• Is responsible for certain end-to-end HR processes (some of the following: Onboarding & offboarding process; ticketing queries, employee data entry & maintenance in the system, time sheet collection, preparation of certificates of employment etc).
• Works with the appropriate systems and processes (Knowledge Base, SAP, myHR portal, TOBi Chatbot).
• Main SPOC for the launch of TOBi Chatbot in VOIS Albania
What will you bring to the team:
• Basic knowledge on HR systems, resourcing, reward, and recognition, learning and development.
• Business awareness
• Computer skills
• Intermediate knowledge of English language
• Additional language (basic, desired)
• Communication skills
• Cross-cultural sensitivity (desired)
• Attention to detail
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Knowledge of HR policies and processes.
• Must be able to handle complex issues in a professional and sensitive manner.
• Communication – both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience on SuccessFactors (desired)
