About this Role
What you’ll do
• Provide HR advice and transactional support to employees and managers via digital tools and communication channels
• Manage and resolve employee queries within defined service levels, escalating where necessary
• Maintain and update HR content across systems and knowledge platforms
• Support end-to-end HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, organisational changes, and employee lifecycle updates
• Perform HR data entry, validation, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and Payroll teams on data processing and payroll-impacting activities
• Support audits by preparing and validating HR documentation
• Work with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, AskHR, and knowledge platforms to drive efficiency and digital adoption
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of new HR tools and processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support operational excellence and business priorities
Who you are
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle activities
• Understanding of HR data management and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive information
• Effective communication and customer-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with strong organisational skills
• Experience using HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, or similar platforms is preferred
• Analytical capability to support reporting and data validation
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Proficiency in Italian, English and cross-cultural collaboration skills
