What you’ll do
As the Marketing Communications Lead, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and flawless execution of Vodafone’s brand and communication initiatives across all channels. You will act as a key guardian of the Vodafone brand, ensuring that every customer-facing message reflects our identity, values, and purpose with consistency and excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Be a brand Guardian ensuring strict execution of Vodafone brand guidelines in all ATL and trade marketing comms.
- Ensure that all communications are based on insights analytics in full cooperation with product/service owners, marketing research.
- Completes creative brief “ONE Brief One Response” and closely briefs the creative agency for the best end results
- Cross function collaboration within the brand team and other internal stakeholders product teams/PR/HR/Cops to ensure brand and communications consistency across channels.
- Execute all strategic and tactical Communication as per roadmap. Delivers 360 campaigns.
- Analyse campaign tracking reports ensuring relevant data to keep high campaign performance.
- Screen and localise best cases from other opco’s to locally relevant adaptations for maximum efficiencies and brand results.
- Drive cost efficiency through managing and analysing costs of all communications throughout the year.
Who you are
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Strong Communication and Creative Skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Excellent organizational, time management and presentation skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Digital Marketing Certifications are an advantage
- Knowledge of Google Ads, META, Social media platforms
