Retail & Subscribers Analyst
Short Description
Ensure an effective and efficient financial accounting for the assigned accounts receivable and the preparation of internal reporting, application of operating procedures for accounts receivable cycle in compliance with Vodafone Group standards and Statutory requirements.
What you’ll do
- Responsible for the accuracy of the processes assigned such as post-paid customers and for fixed lines and mobile.
- Responsible for the assigned customers’ sub-ledger and management of associated risks and controls.
- Responsible for accuracy of CRM prepaid sales into Accounting System.
- Responsible for accuracy of dealers and distributors balances and reconciliations.
- Carry out monthly BSR reconciliation for all AR related GLs assigned.
- Provide Revenue reporting for all related streams assigned, both month-end and ad-hoc support for the business.
- Provide relevant, accurate and timely AR related data for Group, internal & external auditors.
- Be an internal subject matter expert, providing review and challenge on Receivables reported metrics produced by various internal teams.
- Participate and support local and Group driven projects.
Who you are
- 2-3 years related experience.
- Proficient in use of accounting applications, experience with SAP, is an advantage.
- Proficient Excel skills.
- Problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
- Motivated and driven to deliver results
- Possess a degree on relevant fields.
- Accounting knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of English
