About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our ARC Southern Hub team as a Senior Reporting Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial reporting activities. The individual will be responsible for managing revenue bookings, analysing contracts, supporting audits, and ensuring month-end close activities are executed efficiently. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration and project management, with a strong emphasis on internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.

What you will do

  • Manage accurate booking of revenues and ensure all calculations are supported by documentation.
  • Interpret contract terms, identify performance obligations, and determine transaction prices.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support internal and external audits.
  • Execute timely and accurate month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for revenue and cost-related items.
  • Resolve open and aged items promptly and correctly.
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX requirements, and SSC procedures.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Who you are

  • A university graduate in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an accountant or analyst.
  • Fluent in Greek and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Knowledgeable in IFRS and SAP.
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is desirable.
  • Analytical, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
  • Able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work independently.
  • Experienced in financial consolidation and ERP/reporting systems.
