What you’ll do

We’re seeking for motivated individuals with a consultative sales approach, excellent communication skills and a problem solver for helping all channels finding the best solution for our customers. The essence of this role is to provides a consolidate points of contact for front line and other teams.

Job Responsabilities

  • Interact with sales representative and D2D coordinators, with appropriate communication techniques, aiming at the conclusion of the sales process.
  • Receives direct feedback from sales representatives regarding the costumers.
  • Identify the main problems that sales representatives have in relation with fix services and report them to the coordinator, to find the solution and the ways how to improve the process.
  • Instructs all the shops staff, who are in contact with customers.
  • Supporting in the preparation of the Instructions for every change in systems.
  • To forward the problems of the processes, which cannot be solved immediately, to the appropriate structures.
  • Always responds to sales representatives’ calls for immediate solutions at the dedicated line.
  • To provide solutions to any problems that the sales representative has with costumer.

Who you are

  • Knowledge in: CRM Ms.Office programs and Fix services.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Adapt with every change in product or systems.
  • Excellent motivational skills and works will with a team but also able to work alone.
  • Problem-solving skills to address issues with orders and products.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sales and after sales knowledge
  • University diploma Business/ Marketing or related field is preferred.
