What you’ll do

24/7 monitoring of the overall end-to-end customer service experience. Anticipate, identify, and then eliminate or mitigate any potential issues that would affect performance and negatively impact user experience. Enables service delivery stability based on end-to-end service view, by tool-based monitoring of all events and services from the perspective of end-customers, in order to monitor the regular performance, secure that services and resources are operating at regular performance and within agreed SLA, and to detect and escalate exception.

Job Responsibilities

  • Run E2E operation level controls:
    • on the Monitored Fixed, Telephony, TV   Services
    • on the supervised Network and
    • on all connected business critical systems, platforms
  • Power/air conditioner/other sensors for Data Centres / HUBs / Street Cabinets/POPs
  • Run reports and Live Network KPI monitoring, identifying areas that fail to meet KPIs established by the business.
  • Use monitoring tools to help diagnose, improve, and resolve performance issues.
  • Responsible for Roaming and Interconnect monitoring /troubleshooting Perform and coordinate AD-HOC tests for roaming service assurance.

Who you are

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • High levels of self-motivation, energy, and initiative
  • Team player but able to work using own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Takes accountability for identifying & addressing service issues.
  • Organised and able to prioritise effectively

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • University studies covering Telecommunication / IT sciences. Qualified at least with bachelor’s degree.
  • User level experience in using network/telecommunication monitoring tools EMS/NMS (e.g.: Operations Bridge Manager (OBM by Micro Focus), Dynatrace Performance Management, Infinera, NCE, etc.)
  • User level experience in using Workflow Management/Trouble ticketing tool (e.g.: Remedy ITSM),
  • Broad understanding of NW/IT, Telecommunication & Entertainment services Ability to gather, interpret and communicate information clearly, as well as to take initiative
