What you’ll do

The role of a Business Capability & Engagement Specialist is to enhance workforce capabilities, driving continuous learning, and fostering a high-performance culture within Vodafone Business. This role leads the execution of structured upskilling and reskilling programs, ensuring employees—particularly the sales team—have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in an evolving business landscape. Additionally, it supports skills assessments, development roadmaps, and engagement initiatives, contributing to a culture of growth and commercial excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with the Department HRBP & VLO Team to assess the training needs across the Vodafone Business Unit and develop a yearly Development Roadmap focused on Upskilling and Reskilling.
  • SPOC for all Group-Related Skills Assessments & Analysis
  • Organize and lead training sessions on products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses and identify individual and team training needs via job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business managers.
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Encourage the adoption of best practices and continuous learning within the sales team and manage the certification programs.
  • Onboarding program for newcomers in Vodafone Business Unit to ensure smooth integration into the team, guaranteeing they are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Support the Vodafone Business Director in planning and executing internal events for the Vodafone Business team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering team engagement.

  • Act as the SPIRIT SPOC for the Vodafone Business Department, working closely with the VB Director & Department HRBP to analyze SPIRIT results and support in developing and executing the action plan for continuous improvement.
  • V-HUB & Highspot ( digital content management platforms) administration and update.

Who you are

  • Experience in delivering training sessions, workshops, or coaching programs.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Awareness of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviors.
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with training tools as well as CRM systems and other sales-related technologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing or related fields.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in sales and training can be advantageous.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales/sales trainings
  • Excellent knowledge of Albanian and English
