What you’ll do

Business Commercial Lead will be one of the main contributors to the VBU strategy and commercial performance improvement. The primary purpose of this role is to support in developing and executing effective commercial strategies and support business development efforts. This role is crucial in ideating and implementing some of the commercial initiatives supporting Vodafone Business in becoming the digital partner of Albanian businesses. By leveraging market insights and driving high-performance sales teams, the Commercial Lead ensures that VBU achieves its financial targets and maintains a competitive edge in the market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Converged Business Product Owner to develop strategies for product commissioning and pricing campaigns.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis and industry research to identify gaps and opportunities, guiding updates to the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with all sales teams to assist them in generating value from both connectivity and beyond connectivity products.
  • Ongoing enhancement of the customer experience by assisting the business product owner in improving products and services through a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Address business churn by identifying its causes and recommending actions to enhance products and processes that lead to customer dissatisfaction.
  • Implement base management activities to improve revenue performance and customer experience in collaboration with CVM analysts.
  • Oversee overall product performance and related product KPIs.
  • Support the strategic roadmap to build innovative solutions and support business objectives.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on improving performance and driving growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • A strong team player supportive in all regards and embraces ownership, accountability and responsibility for the team’s mission
  • Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and emerging technologies is considered an advantage.
  • A passion for innovation, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven attitude.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent knowledge of Albanian and English
  • Working experience in Telecommunication/ Communications industry is considered an advantage
  • Advanced skills on Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) required.
