What will you do

Device Go to Market Lead will play a critical role in driving the strategy execution of Vodafone Albania's smartphone, gadget, and accessories business. This position is responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies that maximize product visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, market analysis, and operational expertise to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market presence.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy:

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for smartphones, gadgets, and accessories that align with Vodafone Albania’s business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform product positioning.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to product launches.
  • Liaise with global product teams to ensure alignment on local market needs and business priorities.

    Launch Execution:
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor launch performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or sales within the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of the smartphone and accessories market, including trends and consumer behaviors.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Albanian and English languages.
