What will you do

HR consultant provides expert knowledge, working closely with the HRBP to deliver the HR calendar of people activities for the designated business function and partners with managers & staff level in pre-defined areas of support.

Job Responsibilities

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Support to strategic HRBP to deliver people plan initiatives.
  • Assists in managing proactively the interfaces with HR Centres of Expertise, to ensure output meets operational.
  • Collaboration with HRS to ensure data accuracy to support these processes. Act as Reporting Gatekeeper, to support HRBPs for data driven people decisions.
  • Support on deliver of BAU HR processes to high touch and complex populations as well, including Data & Analytics, System support, Time & Attendance, support on Spirit action planning, etc.
  • Support action plan creation on SPIRIT Beat results and tracking for defined progress and measurable outcomes (Team level support only).
  • Retain focus on OE metrics review, people implications and change implementation delivery in the HR Systems.
  • Delivery of assigned strategical projects as per business priorities.

Who you are

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Strong analytical delivery and follow up on assigned projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Curiosity and openness to new ways of digital working, and ability to operate in changing environments.

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Proven HR generalist experience partnering with business leaders, or HRS or COE experience in a complex matrix organization with a number of key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR policies and processes.
- Must be able to handle complex issues in a professional and sensitive manner.
- Experience on SuccessFactors (desired)
