What will you do

The Head of Business Sales is responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy across all business segments and channels, ensuring revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction. The role leads and manages a team of sales professionals to drive sales effectiveness, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance Vodafone’s presence in the B2B market. By aligning with global and local sales policies, this position ensures business model compliance and operational excellence.

Job Responsabilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Oversee sales planning, pipeline forecasting, and performance monitoring, ensuring business objectives are met.
  • Align sales activities with Vodafone’s global standards and local market needs.

Sales Operations & Process Optimization

  • Define and maintain sales standards, policies, and processes, ensuring compliance across all segments and channels.
  • Drive digital adoption within sales processes to improve efficiency and customer engagement.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven and customer-centric culture.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and ensure continuous development of sales capabilities.
  • Establish a strong feedback loop, ensuring alignment with business priorities and sales objectives.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with Vodafone Business Leadership Team and key stakeholders to ensure the execution of the VBU Vision.
  • Align sales initiatives with Vodafone’s broader enterprise strategy, leveraging synergies across business units.
  • Ensure alignment with Vodafone Group policies and best practices, adopting global initiatives for local execution.

 

Key performance indicators:

  • Achievement of revenue, market share, and sales targets.
  • Growth in customer acquisition, retention, churn and satisfaction (NPS).
  • Effectiveness of sales strategies and process improvements.
  • Performance and development of the sales team.
  • Sales pipeline health and conversion rates.
  • Increased adoption and revenue contribution from IoT, ICT, and Cloud Solutions.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodology
  • Fluency in English and Albanian, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
