What you’ll do

The Home Product Delivery Manager supports the successful technology program delivery of key commercial initiatives within the Ultra HUB platform—Vodafone’s next-generation home connectivity solution. This platform integrates product components including Backend Platform, Applications, Services, CPE Hardware, and RDK-B-based Software into a seamless end-to-end delivery across markets.

Reporting into the Principal Manager for Home HUBS End-2-End Delivery, the role ensures the delivery, coordination and execution of initiatives across Group Technology, Commercial, and market teams, while contributing to Vodafone’s mission to deliver an exceptional connected home experience. Acting as a key interface between technical, commercial and external delivery teams, the role is critical in enabling Vodafone’s connected home strategy. 
The Home Product Delivery Manager plays an important role on the Home Portfolio SAFe setup combining the SAFe/agile methodologies with the methodologies adopted by the markets as part of the end-2-end delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Vodafone’s Ultra HUB initiatives, combining backend platforms, applications, CPE hardware/software and services.
  • Manage delivery timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies to ensure high-quality outputs across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with Group Commercial, VPC, Procurement, and supplier partners to align technical delivery with business objectives.
  • Drive implementation of SAFe-based agile delivery practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of ART and in-market methodologies
  • Ensure efficient lifecycle management, issue resolution, and alignment with market-specific technical needs.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in delivering complex projects or technological solutions within telecoms or connectivity domains.
  • Deep understanding of product delivery frameworks including agile and SAFe methodologies as well as traditional project management.
  • Able to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across Group and markets.
  • Skilled in managing multi-vendor environments, technical alignment, and commercial coordination.
  • Ability to establish influential, trust-based relationships across the wider Group Commercial and Group Technology teams, developing a detailed understanding of business and operational strategies.
  • University degree (BA/MSc) or equivalent in engineering, business management, or a related discipline.
  • Related qualification and proven experience in mobile technology, digital products, or telecom of at least 5-10 years.
  • Expertise in program delivery management and methodologies, progress reporting, and risk management
  • English (business fluent).
