What you’ll do

 

As an IoT Personal Assistant, you’ll play a central role in supporting senior leaders and their teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling high-impact work. You’ll manage complex calendars, prepare leaders for meetings, and coordinate travel, expenses, and team events. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion. Your ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to shifting priorities will make you a key contributor to team success. You’ll also support onboarding and may become the go-to expert for systems and tools.

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your style to different audiences
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence to influence and challenge constructively when needed
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Experience working in international, culturally diverse teams
  • Initiative and independence in managing your workload
  • High proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g. German, Spanish, Italian) are a plus
