About this Role
What you will do
- Systematically analyse assigned SME accounts to understand their business goals and needs.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline equivalent to four times the annual sales quota.
- Focus on renewals and generating new business within the customer base.Identify sales opportunities across mobile, fixed, IoT, and digital solutions including GSuite, O365 and C&H applications.
- Manage the onboarding of new customers and lead interactions with key decision-makers for each account.
- Prepare commercial P&L proposals with approvals aligned to marketing guidance or team leadership authorisation.
- Engage the Pre-Sales team for advanced fixed connectivity proposals.Collaborate with Contract Management for commercial formalisation.
- Work with Marketing and Customer Care teams on mobile and fixed renewals and acquisitions.
- Coordinate with Delivery and Project Management teams for fixed connectivity deployment.
