What you’ll do
• Supports Reward reporting and analytics, preparing clear insights and input for business decisions.
• Supports core Reward processes, including Annual Reward Review, salary surveys, market benchmarking, Fair Pay analysis, pay gap reviews and pay transparency activities.
• Performs pay positioning and internal equity analysis, providing input to fair and consistent reward decisions.
• Performs budget control and analysis, monitoring actual spend against approved budget and highlighting risks, gaps and required actions.
• Supports budget planning, forecasting and scenario modelling for salary review, benefits, employment cost and reward-related cost areas.
• Prepares reward and budget reports, analysis and presentations for HR, Finance and business stakeholders.
Who you are
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• BSc degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance or a related field; MSc in HR, Finance or MBA is desirable.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; experience with HR systems and reporting tools is desirable.
• Good knowledge of reward, compensation and benefits practices, including pay transparency and Fair Pay principles.
• Previous experience in reward, compensation analysis, budget tracking or HR analytics is essential.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Good understanding of Reward principles, Fair Pay, pay equity, salary benchmarking and annual reward review processes.
• Good understanding of budget analysis, cost monitoring and financial reporting principles.
• Strong Excel, reporting and data management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
