Job Description

Role Purpose:

Driving overall framework for Internal Investigations including some facets of data loss prevention investigations and accordingly driving local _VOIS IN governance supporting the _VOIS IN Investigations Manager.

Carry out and lead critical investigations end to end, as assigned by _VOIS IN Investigations Manager or _VOIS Global Investigations Lead, with high levels of objectivity, thoroughness, relevance, accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality. Alongside be prepared to handle global investigations, as and when assigned.

To act as security and forensic expert to collect, secure and preserve all evidence related to assigned _VOIS investigation cases.

Core competencies,

• Experience into end-to-end Internal Investigations at large scale organizations. Exposure to Physical Security, Fraud Management, Information Security and IT Infrastructure and Technology shall be a plus.

• Strong analytical and influencing skills.

• Proven leadership competencies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

• Monitoring and Implementation of _VOIS specific procedures, exceptions to Group and _VOIS policies, risk control matrix etc. through _VOIS Global Investigations Lead and _VOIS IN Investigations Manager.

• Managing Speak-ups and Investigations end to end across _VOIS India and coordinating with _VOIS Global Investigations Lead and _VOIS IN Investigations Manager.
